Forest Hill is an advanced gold project located 200 kilometres northeast of Halifax and is 100% controlled by Acadian Mining Corporation. The Forest Hill property compries 140 claims covering 2,265 hectares and encompasses the former operating Forest Hill mine and the favourable gold bearing geological structures in the immediate vicinity. An agreement is in place whereby 64 of the 140 claims are subject to a 2.65% net smelter royalty, of which 0.65% can be purchased by Acadian Mining at its option, reducing the royalty to 2.0%.
